Refund Policy
This policy applies to every Get In Touch Academy course and cohort, including Structure: buccal and facial structure training (the Theory, and the Theory + Practical).

Cancelling more than 30 days before your course starts
If you cancel more than 30 days before your cohort's start date, we'll refund 50% of the amount you've paid.
Cancelling within 30 days of your course start
From 30 days before your cohort's start date onward, we're unable to offer a refund.
Payment plans
If you're on a payment plan and cancel more than 30 days before your cohort's start date, we'll refund 50% of the payments you've made and cancel your remaining instalments.
How to cancel
Email us at enrolments@getintouchacademy.au with your name and the course you're enrolled in. Your cancellation date is the date we receive your email. We'll confirm by email, and any refund goes back to your original payment method.
Your access
Once a refund is processed, your access to the course and the online community ends.
If we cancel or change a cohort
If we need to cancel a cohort, or can't run it as described, we'll offer you a place in a later cohort or a full refund.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
